Experience an invigorating start to the day with beginner Pilates + Meditation on the serene shore of Revere Beach.

Spend the day with us at Ryder on Revere Beach; beautiful beach views and ample space for 1:1 connection, dining, workshops, and breakout sessions.
Engage in an immersive day of workshops with scheduled breaks in between - carefully crafted to help you reflect, integrate new stress-relieving tools, and gain crystal-clear clarity on your life and personal / business goals.

Oceanside Beginners Pilates | Movement with Jill
Kicking off LEVIT8 with Pilates on the Beach! We will meet outside of the Ryder building at 8:30 AM for an 8:45 AM Pilates class taught by Jill Rothenburg, Pilates Instructor & Movement Specialist. In this 45-minute class we will connect to our bodies, feel grounded while moving together as a group. This is a great way to get your jitters out and connect with each other.
This class will be encouraging and fun while being safe and effective for all levels. Jill's classes also add focus on both physical and mental health. What a perfect intro to our day!
Recommended: Please bring a yoga mat, towel & a bottle of water

Choice of Organic Breakfast | Beraka Juice
After we finish up Pilates class with Jill - we will head inside to the Ryder building to fuel up with Breakfast.
Upon purchasing tickets, you will be asked to choose from a couple of different options for your post-workout nourishment - provided by local female-owned business Beraka Juice, out of Winthrop, MA.
BIZZY will also provide a small breakfast spread in case you need a little extra something.
During breakfast - you will receive your LEVIT8 Welcome Kits which we will utilize throughout the day & beyond.
Settle in & get cozy ... we will be here for the remainder of our retreat !

The Hidden Cost of Unmanaged Stress | DK Ciccone
This 30 minute workshop directed by DK Ciccone, Balanced Body, NPCP Pilates Instructor will reinforce the premise that making time for self-care is not a mere indulgence, but rather an imperative if we are to reach our full potential and achieve our goals. We must reject the social narrative that any time we spend in “unproductive” activities like rest, is a waste. Instead, we must fill our own cups to enrich the lives of others.
In this workshop, participants will :
Learn how stress affects our physical bodies and what the long-term implications of stress can be if not managed effectively
Explore the benefits of self-care and why it can propel us to new heights in our professional and personal lives
Bust some of the myths we tell ourselves that reinforce the negative stress cycle
Experience a mindfulness exercise to help us tune into the physical sensations that materialize from self-defeating thoughts
Lay the groundwork for allowing ourselves a full day of mindfulness, curiosity and self-compassion
Dana Karen (DK) Ciccone owns Movement Remedies in the North End, a wellness space dedicated to helping people feel confident and pain-free in their bodies through use of the Pilates method and equipment, pain education and coaching. In addition to being a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor through Balanced Body, DK has completed training in pain reprocessing therapy and somatic tracking.

EFT + Mindfulness | Shazie Senen
Shazie Senen, EFT Practitioner, will be leading a 20-min self-care workshop where you'll be guided through a soulful session featuring simple mindfulness practices you can integrate into your daily routine.
This workshop will begin with some reflective journaling - followed by an EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) tapping session to ground and center yourself for a much needed break among our busy days! Focus will be on Grounding, Self-Care & Stress-Relief.
You will learn how to be more mindful of your to-do list, tapping out emotions no longer serving you and tapping in more kindness and compassion for yourself.
Shazie Senen is an empowerment coach and EFT Practitioner, who is passionate about helping women develop a deeper relationship with themselves through mindset and intuitive movement. Shazie learned the power of healing and releasing trauma at an early age as an immigrant living in shelters and has since then helped numerous women break free of their conditioned beliefs, release emotional tension and empower them to be confident while centering joy. With over 6 years of experience in the health and wellness space, Shazie blends her Master’s in Public Health with somatic training for a holistic approach and is on a mission to inspire her community to reconnect with themselves, no matter where they are on their self-love journey.

Lunch : Build Your Own Power Bowl | Bono Appetit
POWER UP! DIY Power Bowls. We will break for lunch provided by Amanda Bonasoro from Bono Appetit. How does this work? When you purchase your ticket, just like we asked for breakfast, we will give you a few different protein options to choose from for your power bowl. Bono Apetit will bring an array of different add-ins and toppings for your bowl so you can go with what your vibe is that day. Giving us Chipotle type of vibes but with healthy and nutrient-dense choices.
Benefits of nourishing with power bowls:
Power Bowls are nutritious, fresh & modifiable to please any palate. Along with being easy to make you can't go wrong. Grain, in our case quinoa, gives you energy and an extra source of protein. Vegetables are an excellent source of vitamins and minerals. Protein helps nourish your muscles. Nuts provide a boost of healthy fats and add great texture to your bowls. Make it your own style! Have a little fun with it!

Meditation + Vision Board Workshop | Anja Schneider
Join us for this fun workshop to let loose, get creative & leave with your own personalized vision board. Set new goals and actually achieve them!
Life Coach and Meditation teacher Anja Schneider will lead a meditation that helps you let go of the past + find your goals and visions for the near future. Each participant will create their personal vision board using a slew of materials.
You will have a clear direction for the immediate future, and will manifest the goals and dreams that you want to accomplish!
( If you have any extra magazines lying around, feel free to bring them along! We will have a bunch, but the more the merrier! Especially if there is a particular genre you might be looking to vibe off of for your board )
Take your time with this workshop, connect within and also with each other as we play some fun music and pass around Champagne / Wine. Mingle & Enjoy as we unwind in our final workshop before leading into breakout groups.
Meet your host : My name is Anja, and I moved to the United States in 2020. I was a very busy production manager in the German film industry, then I was diagnosed with cancer in 2018.
The illness changed my perspective on life, and I knew that things would have to change.
Once my body was healed, I decided to move to beautiful Kittery, Maine as I always wanted to live near the ocean.
The mind needed more time to recover and I started my journey as a Yoga teacher, Meditation teacher and eventually also was certified as a life coach.
I assist woman with breast cancer in remission in coping with the shock of the diagnosis, treatment, and side effects so that they can regain control and move forward with their life in ease.
I also help individuals in middle age who have plateaued after accomplishing long-term personal or career goals to gain focus, free themselves of procrastination anxiety, lack of drive and imposter syndrome so that they attain the courage to move into a purposeful next chapter.
My clients explore themselves more deeply and get a clear conscious understanding of their actions through my signature Coaching program of the 12 Awareness Keys by Daniela Hess Grant.

Mind&Body Reset + Breakout Groups | BIZZY
After a full day of activities - let's take a moment to reset & regroup. In the final segment, part 8 of LEVIT8 - we will run through a quick stretch led by Jill & DK to get the blood flowing. We will reflect on the day, and run through a quick activity sheet which emphasizes GRATITUDE. We will share a bit with the group about BIZZY Women Social, & why we setup this special event for women like you.
From here, we will go where we are intuitively being led.
Each host will be stationed in a designated area of the room where you can continue conversation where you feel you most resonated and/or and ask questions where you feel like you might need a little bit more time from.
This is your day! End it where you feel most connected : )
We will close out our retreat with some final words & an optional invite to appetizers & drinks downstairs at the Cut21 Lounge.
