What's Included in a Sponsorship Package?

  • Title Sponsor Recognition: Your logo will be prominently featured on event marketing materials, including posters, flyers, event banners, signage, the event's official website, and social media promotions.

  • Prime Sponsor Location: You'll receive a premium spot at the event to showcase your products or services with option for extended space. A table and chairs will be provided.

Vendor & Sponsorship Fees

Bring Your Own Table : $200 

Table Provided: $250 

Sponsorship: $500 

Your fee covers venue rental, staffing, paid advertising, pre-event and onsite event management, social media marketing, community activities, event signage, decor and other extras.

 

Table size is a standard size 6ft. folding table.
